Janet Watermeier is an economic and real estate development consultant for private firms and government clients including, Charlotte County and the City of Fort Myers in Southwest Florida. She sits on the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council, the Southwest Florida International Airport Special Management Committee and several statewide task forces, conducts seminars for both public and private sector clients on a state and local level, and was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve on Florida’s Transportation Commission. As Lee County’s Economic Development and Community Redevelopment Director for more than seven years, Janet earned a reputation as a community leader and well-known speaker. Prior to her public sector service, she served as vice president for Westinghouse Communities, Inc. (WCI).

Tom Watermeier is responsible for investor programs and product development. Tom specializes in managing investor owned properties, renting new residential income properties, and developing exit strategies for investor clients. He a licensed Florida real estate associate and membmer of the Southwest Florida Board of Realtors.

Prior to joining the WPS-Team, Tom worked with the West Coast Division of Toll Brothers Builders, a national residential builder. Tom is a 15 year resident of Southwest Florida after relocating from Northern Virginia where he had successfully developed, owned and operated, and ultimately sold a chain of Mexican fast food restaurants. Tom has an Engineering degree, and he is currently certified in Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell.

Jaret Moore serves as Operations Manager with direct responsibility for sales and marketing, including: public relations; public speaking; contract negotiations; accounting and technology. Developed a global internet marketing strategy; designed web-based applications with back-end office automation and integrated database management systems.

Jerilyn Schnitzel manages financial administration and accounting for the firm and its affiliated companies. Jerilyn’s background experience includes more than 20 years in accounting and financial management. Her experience since moving to Florida in 1987 includes working as the Controller for the Lexington Country Club and Community Association in Fort Myers, and Laurel Oak Country Club in Sarasota. She also worked for WCI Communities as the Amenities Accounting Manager for Burnt Store Marina and Gulf Harbor Yacht & Country Club.

Jerilyn is a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM), a Certified Hospitality Account Executive (CHAE) and a Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP). She currently holds the position of Director on the International Board for Hospitality, Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP). She is a founding board member of the local Florida Gulf Coast chapter of HFTP.
