The firm’s Vice President, Tom Watermeier, leads a team specializing in investment opportunities and property management services for Southwest Florida. The WPS-Team serves a unique niche for select out-of area clients and brokers who wish to invest in Southwest Florida opportunities. We treat your investments like they are our own, and help to tailor each investment to meet your short and long term investment goals.
