Charlotte County, Florida:  Serve as the County’s economic development consultant including, community consensus building, target industry marketing plan, industrial and commercial park development, and sports, conference center, and hotel tourism development projects. National Transportation Research Board: Presentation on the importance of transportation systems, regional partnerships, and creative funding strategies to economic development efforts in rural, emerging, and urban areas.
   
Mayor, City of Fort Myers, Florida:  Assist the Mayor, Fort Myers City Planning Department and Downtown Redevelopment Agency with economic development issues, including several large redevelopment projects, linking private resources to public projects.

Lee County, Florida: Manage the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) projects and budgets for four CRA areas including transportation, streetscape, parks, and commercial development projects.

   
Enterprise Florida, Inc., Florida Workforce Innovation Agency, Florida Department of State & Office of the Governor: Facilitated regional workshops for Florida's eight economic development planning regions, drafted regional reports and prepared Florida's Strategic Plan for Economic Diversification.

Private Companies, Developers and Investors: Serve as a consultant in various private sector ventures providing, market analysis and feasibility, project and development restructuring, build-to-suit opportunities, public/private partnerships for residential, commercial and industrial development.

   

Florida Gulf Coast University(FGCU): Conducted a study on the potential and benefit of Satellite Campuses in a 5-county market.  Assist FGCU President with economic development, research, and community projects.
